Our style includes a number of elements, including:

JUJITSU

"The gentle fighting art" is an empty handed extension of the sword fighting art of the Japanese Samurai and it involves joint locks, throws, strikes, blocks, chokes, and vital point strikes. One of the oldest martial arts: Judo and Aikido chart their origin from Jujitsu.

KARATE

"Empty hand" fighting, a hard martial art that features strikes: punching, kicking and blocking, the first line of physical defense.

JUDO

A sport martial art that features throwing, chokes and joint locks. It is also called "The gentle way" - giving way in order to gain victory.

KEMPO

A martial art that combines striking and throwing techniques, also called the fist way.

YAWARA

A part of the Jujitsu art form, which uses joint locks of fingers, hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders to subdue an attack with minimum injury to the attacker.

AIKIDO

Aikido is not a static art, but rather places great emphasis on motion and the dynamics of movement. A martial art that puts more emphasis on spiritual development, and the flow of chi.

 

These forms of martial arts as well physical conditioning provide an effective all around fighting system in a controlled environment to help students achieve their best.
